      Highlights •The proposed method is the first quantitative NMR method for the assay of Hepatitis C Antiviral Drugs Sofosbuvir, Ledipasvir, and Daclatasvir.•It is fast, simple, accurate, precise and economic.•It does not involve any complicated extraction or isolation procedures.
